WHAT I DO

Workplace inclusion is a process of building knowledge, creating systems and intentional implementation.

Team training

From the jump, when I refer to team training, I am not speaking about a single one-off workshop. The team training process I work with begins with leadership consulting to understand your people, then I assemble a survey for your team to share their experience and give us a framework of what they need to know. Then I create a custom training designed to make an intentional impact.

DEI strategy

There are SO MANY variables to designing and implementing an effective strategy for inclusion and belonging in the workplace. My process begins where you are by meeting with your team and assessing your goals. Then we review current actions to support and bolster your successes. From there we look forward and co-create a plan that directly reflects your values and team needs.

Business operations

OK, this is where the rubber hits the road. It's one thing to train your team and have a plan - it's a whole other sort of magic to reframe your systems, policies and practices to support inclusion and belonging. My process here is probably what I'm best at after 20+ years in operations management. I get business and have a unique way of infusing DEI into your operations and systems.

A little about me...

My story and how I came to focus on anti-oppression in business and inclusive leadership has EVERYTHING to do with who I was and how I acted as a leader.


Over the course of a 20-year career in service-based operations management, my goal was always to create the highest level of efficiency possible.


In that, I had no idea about inclusion or belonging practices so I followed what I thought was needed to exceed.
